📍 Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email upon shipment. Super bonsai is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, the customer must contact the carrier directly.
🎯 Incorrect Address
If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
